Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you love it!

We work very hard to pack and ship orders within two to three days of your purchase (excluding holidays and weekends). Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.  All fragrance orders are required to ship USPS ground which often take longer to receive and can't be shipped outside the US. 

Canadian Customers:

We're excited to offer shipping to our loyal and wonderful subscribers in Canada! Unfortunately we have no control over shipping costs from the United States to Canada and understand these rates are high. We also appreciate your interest in shopping our 2 Orchids Boutique! 

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for duty, customs, or import fees.  We're not responsible for shipping delays due to customs or carrier issues.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. The 2 Orchids are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your item(s) back within 14 days of shipping date for a MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.  All merchandise must be unused with tags. We do not cover return shipping costs.  Email Laurenc@2orchids.com with the item you're returning.
