
Pumpkin Pie Martini Recipe:
1 ounce Vanilla Vodka
2 ounces Rum Chata
3 Tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Mix
Caramel sauce
Pumpkin Pie Spice
Place ginger snap crumbs (or graham crackers) in a shallow dish. Coat rim of martini glass with caramel, and dip into ginger snaps to coat. Combine vanilla vodka, Rum Chata, and pumpkin pie mix in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine. Shake well and strain into prepared martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
This Autumn cocktail is perfect to serve for Thanksgiving and it just might be better than a slice of pumpkin pie! It has a delicious and creamy combination of flavors with just the right amount of sweetness. For an added delight, we coated the rim of the glass with caramel sauce then dipped the glass into ginger snaps. A seasonal, simple martini that is loaded with yumminess!
