Falling In Love With You

If hospitality is, as we believe, all about making your guests feel the warmth of your welcome, then hospitality really does begin at home. In fact, a welcoming statement of tasteful seasonal accents beginning at your front porch not only celebrates the season, but also conveys the spirit of “Come on in, you’re special to us!”  Carry the good feelings into your foyer area by creating an inward flow of your décor presentation.  Your guests, your family, and your neighbors will feel the warmth of your welcoming embrace in your attention to the details that make a house a home.

When stacking your pumpkins, try different sizes and shapes until you like the combination.  Pumpkins with no stems are best, or simply shave the stem down for a nice fit.  To prolong the life of your pumpkins, wash off with a bleach solution(water diluted with a little bleach).  Finishing off with some faux leaves completes the look for a welcoming Pumpkin Topiary.

Dress up your window boxes by adding mini pumpkins and faux berry garland and greenery. Karen used plant containers that she turned upside down so the pumpkins will stand nicely inside her window box.
