Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie Recipe:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla-flavored or plain unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop sugar-free/low-carb protein powder (Ex: Quest Vanilla milkshake flavor)
3 frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon MCT oil
4 to 6 ice cubes
1 fresh strawberry, for garnish
Blend and enjoy!
Breakfast/Brunch Salad (Create to Taste):
sliced Campari tomatoes
sliced 1-2 hard boiled eggs per salad
Plain non-fat greek yogurt
Oregano, salt & pepper
Mix dressing ingredients all together and drizzle over salad.
