1/2 cup Pumpkin (canned or fresh)
3/4 Almond Milk or Fat Free (more to thin out if needed)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch of Ginger
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Blend all ingredients together. If needed, add additional milk to thin the consistency.
